Tracey is a dual mastered prepared nurse. With experience in Medical-surgical units, Pediatric ICU, Case Management, Utilization Review, Appeal/Denials Management, and Administration. With over 20 years of experience and expertise as a nurse, I will provide my clients with the professional assistance they need to bring about a successful outcome to their cases.

My continued education in healthcare and the latest legal aspects as a CLNC® Certified Legal Nurse Consultant allows me to provide services that give my clients a clear-cut advantage.
Legal Nurse Consultant
Jennifer “Jenn” Forbes started her nursing career in 2007 after she graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Toledo with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She went on to spend the next 10 years of her career in ER’s, ICU’s, and trauma centers throughout the state of Ohio. She transitioned to Nurse Education and taught critical care classes, ACLS, PALS, and medical documentation to nurses and residents. Additionally, she served as nursing faculty at Kent State University in their School of Nursing. Jenn went on to a career in Case Management where she rounded with physicians at the bedside and completed discharge planning. Jenn’s last six years has been spent in Utilization Review, Clinical Appeals/Denials, and Nurse Auditing.
As a former college softball player, Jenn is an AVID lover of sports, competing now in triathlons and watching her two sons compete in football, basketball, and baseball. Jenn loves to read, travel, watch and play sports, and enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years and their two sons, Hudson and Calvin, more than anything. Jenn joined TL Cashman in 2024 as a legal nurse analyst.
